Pixture reloaded having issues with IE8(rotor banner on header)

My website using Pixture reloaded as Theme. On the Theme the HEADER using ROTOR BANNER module.

Now we I try to open my website on the IE8 , when I click on the Menu ( SuperFish Menu) , the menu hides behind the rotor banner pictures. This behavior only happens with IE8. FireFox and IE7 does not have this issue.

is there any fix for this issue or any work around?
