something wrong with using ajax_comment module under this theme

Hi,I finnally found this theme best for me , thank you very much
and there is one promblem with it I had found ,
I use the ajax_comments module to have a better look for the comments ,
and after I install this theme , click the comment to reply have nothing happen ,and creat a new comment it said "warning: array_shift() [function.array-shift]: The argument should be an array in E:\xampp\htdocs\303\sites\all\modules\ajax_comments\ajax_comments.module on line 119."
I don't know if this is the theme's fault or the module ,so can you help me solving this promblem? thanks a lot!!!
