The module Bbcode appears to have been orphaned.
I have been working on this module for a while, on my own site, and believe the changes would benefit the community.
So I am requesting access to commit on this module.

Moved request from webmasters to the bbcode issues.
There has not been a commit in almost EDIT 1 year, not 2, sorry! (2 years).
I would like to see this module up and working again, I have been working on this module for a while, on my own site, and believe the changes would benefit the community.

Hi,
The project is not orphaned. I just haven't seen any worth-while patches to commit lately.
That said, if you are active on any other project, or somehow demonstrated that you are a responsible coder that knows what he/she is doing, I'm willing to give you commit access.
PS: The last commit was on 2008-Nov-30, less than a year ago. Your 2 years is somewhat exaggerated :-)
