As one of 3 basis node type, forum is necessary and private forum is in great needs in some cases.
Instead of configure forum type from og_basic, OG_forum should not disappear in og.module.

moshe weitzman commentedog_forum has no 4.7 maintainer and thus is not in the contrib. it has nothing to do with og_basic.
