Two views on one Google map

Is it possible to use a single google map to display two views? I have one view (with an exposed filter) that works fine in a map and I want to be able to click a second list (from the second view) and have an extra marker appear alongside the first set of markers?

Is this even possible? A views Attachment results in two maps listed one after the other. I don't mind changing my views/content types to get this working.
