Well we would like to suggest you a few details that we need and they can improve this web-application
One) A better extended large description of the user
Two) Link this module with the user search
Three) Allow to user define if it wants recieve the post by email, as notification
Four) A block NEW SIGNATURES (as New Forum topics)
OKOK well it is all at the moment thank you very much other time

hba commentedHas this got anything to do with guestbook.module at all? Please be more specific. (And please don't shout, there is no need for boldface here)

consen commented1) The username can be extended with the profile values? i.e. only usernames dont means too much
http://www.consen.info/guestbook to recognize which I can post a message.
2) Can I select a user with the module search (search user) and post to it a message?
3) Can I be notified by email if any have post a message in my gb?
4) Can I have a block with the last gb entries, as New gb posts (similar to New forum topics)?
I hope now a bit more clear the previous
5) Can I select some specific user guestbooks (not all not any)?
Can I add some user guestbook to the site guestbook?
The idea is create and have some generic boards to post messages or some users (i.e. role teacher) that manage some board or blackboard.

hba commentedThanks, this made more sense :)
To answer your questions:
1) Usernames are the preferred short name for identifying users. It's done that way in postings and comments, and I'll stick to that in guestbook as well.
2 + 3) These are covered in the privatemsg module, you should check it out! It might be better suited for your needs.
4) I have been thinking about this as well, so I just might implement it.
5) I don't think I will implement fine grained access rights to guestbooks unless the demand for it is much higher. Maybe the privatemsg module might suit you better here as well?
