I got this error when I tried to install the module on my drupal 6.14 setup:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare comment_render() (previously declared in /var/www/xxx/modules/comment/comment.module:921) in /var/www/xxx/sites/all/modules/com2vb/com2vb.module on line 1060

Hi!
Before installing COM2VB you must remove from /modules/ in site's directory standart module COMMENT. And before updating of Drupal you must remove this module from package with update too.
