I must be blind but I have combed through the menus and cannot find the settings for the module. Permissions are set for access but still... Can you help?

As an addendum, I found the settings but not as the administrator log in but as user #1. Though I gave the administrator user permissions, the settings menu item did not show up under the settings menu.
