Interview Questions for Drupal Web Developer

I need to hire an experienced Drupal web site developer. What would be some good questions to ad to garner how much Drupal a person really knows?

Currently, the dev site has been built and most of the templates are up. I need another person to work with the main developer to help link content, adjust templates or create new ones, modify HTML and CSS and also helpload content.

A good person to ask would be your main developer. That said, given your list

help link content, adjust templates or create new ones, modify HTML and CSS and also helpload content

it looks like your focus is templating so experience their matters, the rest sounds like they just need to be able to load/edit content, you do not need an experienced Drupal developer for that.
