"ICal Feed" vertical tab is missing

In a fresh drupal installation, I've recently enabled the Calendar ical module, but I can't get the "ICal Feed" vertical tab to display in the calendar view configuration page. Thus, I can't get any ICal icons or feeds to display.

In prior versions of the module, I believe, this "ICal Feed" tab automatically displayed once the module was enabled. Has anything changed in the setup for ICal functionality? When I previously used this module, it pretty much worked out of the box with very little configuration. (I didn't need any special ICal arguments.)

One other possibility: I did enable the core Calendar module weeks earlier and did a lot of custom work on the default calendar view. If you wait to enable the Calendar ical module after overriding the default calendar view, is it possible that the "ICal Feed" tab (which is attached to the main calendar page) never gets created without manual intervention?
