There is a problem when anybody hit the digg button to submit the article. At Digg website it shows this error:

There was a problem with the URL you tried to submit: fsockopen() [function.fsockopen]: unable to connect to www.mywebsite.com.my:80 (php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known)

As i notice, this problem occur after updated Drupal to 6.14.

what you mean by that? the problem is not related with this module?

it is related with my hosting or something else that you can describe?

It sounds like Digg couldn't not connect to your site. It is not possible to reproduce the problem as the site you provided is obviusly not a Drupal site. It would be helpful if you provide a url that makes it possible to reproduce the problem.
