I have installed the foward module on my drupal 4.6 site, but I am not able to see the links that are suppose to say "email this ...". I have a fairly customized theme, could this be the reason why? Also, if I was able to see the links, how would I be able to customize their location. Thanks.

Is there anyone out there that has worked or customized the Forward module to make the output links exposed as functions or variables we can print wherever we need instead of the default bottom of the node? I could happily hack the module itself, but that is frowned upon around here. Suggestions on alternative modules that will allow me to print an "Email this" link with icon and text are most welcome. I am using the Printer Friendly module that does that very nicely. You can print the variables where you need them in your design, not where the module developer thought they were supposed to be.
