Multiple changes.
- #544070 Changes to the module weight to ensure that it overwrites the term select when using content_taxonomy, i18ntaxonomy and og_vocab
- Fixes to settings that got committed early in alpha-3 release
- Removed "skip root" and "tagging" from administration pages
- Added a reduced version of the autocomplete for single select vocabularies
- Moved settings page under the content > taxonomy menu item
- Removed form_set_value on AHAH for callback using another elements AHAH request
- Better admin error messages
- When free-tagging "skip root" vocabs, the term is assigned a default existing parent
- When a "skip root" root term is selected, this is shown in the term listings with a "Top level term: " prefix
- Better clean up on uninstall
