In "Make author a link:" Yes/No are counterchanged

Go to Quotes general settings page.
Then locate setting: "Make author a link:"
If I select Yes, Author info (in quotes block) disappears, if No - it appears.
In earlier versions seemed to work correctly.

Hmm, it works correctly for me, at least in a random block. What kind of block are you using? Does it use an author filter? What is select for "Include author's bio"?
