I found javascript which makes "select" form element facebook styled: fcbkcomplete.
But when i'm trying to use it i get error from drupal form api about illegal choice. Is there any way to use this script without such kind of problems?

Perhaps the Tag Editor module, with it's similar functionality, might help you figure out a good approach?
