Since i don't know what module(s) you're using I suggest the following:
Use feedapi module + feedapi exhaustive parser + feedapi imagegrabber and/or feedapi element mapper
You might need cck and other modules for handling the media (if it is other media than images), you might also have to visit the issue queue of feedapi element mapper to find video/podcast/audio mapping.
