I am learning about one month, iam creating a information portal plus social network

I have a left sidebar with something like this

Turismo
--Hoteles
--Playas
Panoramas
--Movies
--Pubs
etc

I wanna be able to print this beadcums

Inicio | Turismo | Hoteles | Hotel Radisson

Hotel radisson is a story, stored with taxonomy

I put in custom breadcum configuration Path* vocabylary/1, but not working

Are the items in your left sidebar taxonomy terms? If so, then try enabling custom_breadcrumbs_taxonomy and enable the options "Use the taxonomy hierarchy to set the breadcrumb trail for nodes and taxonomy pages" and "Show current taxonomy term in breadcrumb trail" on the custom breadcrumbs configuration page. Also, be sure to check "include" and check the node-type "story," to provide taxonomy breadcrumbs on those pages.

This will (by default) link the terms back to the taxonomy term page. If you want links to other pages, create either a taxonomy vocabulary custom breadcrumb (if you want all terms in the vocabulary linked to the same page), or individual taxonomy term custom breadcrumbs for unique paths for each term.
