Requesting help with Forum access mod
Hello
I hope I have posted in the correct area, anyways, I need some assistance with an error Im getting, Im hoping someone may know the answer to this for me!!
This is the error im getting when I click on a Forum container to edit that container in the settings area. Fatal error: Call to undefined function taxonomy_form() in /home/...../public_html/sites/all/modules/forum_access/forum_access.admin.inc on line 85
Now, Im not too sure if this had happened after installing the Categories Mod or not as its been a number of weeks since I have had to go in and change some of the containers and forums headings etc.... to notice this error when loaded.
I have the Advanced Forum mod installed, and the Forum access mod, Im not to sure ifthere is some kind of conflict happening either between these two or the three including the categories mod, Or something else alltogether!!
Im using since last night the Drupal 6.14, even though I came accross the issue before the upgrade and its still there after.
Ummm Im not too sure what else to report, but If you can help or need more info to help with a solution Please just ask.
Thank you in advanced.
Shanni

likely an issue with categorey as I believe it changes the way forums work. forums are built on top of taxonmy and category.module may change this in a way that forum access is not longer usable.
For what reason did you install the category.module? If you didn't have a specific purpose then it likely wasn't needed.
Thanks for your reply, I
Thanks for your reply,
I installed the category mod as I was having trouble getting the taxonmy to display the categories how I want them. I was hoping to achieve that if a user clicks on a menu link then they would go to a page that displays ALL category containers with there subcategories under them.
Because Im building a Football communtiy website, I need a Menu link, lets say, "Mod League", When the user clicks on this, I was hoping that with the sub-category titles with the particular content in them would display up on that page for the user to choose either category - First grade > Training times..... OR Under First grade, they could choose 'Draws' as well as seeing the Training times links..... and so forth.
To be really honest, Im really getting very confused at this stage, trying to work out how to get something work, so its going to be easy for the community ages which range from the Under 6 - the seniors, then the committee members and so forth to easily navigate their way around the best and simplist possible way! This is the first Drupal site I have created, so I am learning as I go along, I would love to be able to have someone I could call upon just for simple advice on how to do something expecially with this prob.
As far as the Forum goes, Im stuck now how to change the containers etc. Plus i dont see the Taxonmy link in the Admin area, I dnt know what happen to it I just have the categories link to create them etc....
Not sure where to go from here now....
Fixed, Ithink at this stage.
Well after looking at it more closely, The reason the Taxonomy Vocabs were not in the menu to edit was due to the category mob had enabled the Taxonomy wrapper enabled. I disabled this and the Tax Vocabs were back in the menu.
I can now edit the forum containers and cats in there now.
My next step is to ensure that I can now use the Tax mod correctly with all nodes etc, instead of the category mod.
Fingers Crossed ;)
