This sounds very similar to U Create. Are you sure this is not a duplicate?

It is similar, but this module is a generic delegated who can create who solution. It is actually more similar to the subuser module, which I was unaware of when I wrote this. boombatower and I are considering merging the two.

Useful module. Certainly different than U Create in a few aspects. Most importantly, I like how it doesn't require assigning "administer users" permission like U Create does. That would be a big security flaw for the way it would be used in most sites.

I'm not entirely sure this should be merged with Subuser module. I tried it out and the use for both can be quite different. At least at the moment Subuser has too many unsolved issues (not sure why it's marked as stable), making this essential to be separate...though I would love to see it tightened up.

I think until there is an official 1.0 release, this module will stay independent, when the need to move this to a 2.0 branch starts, let's re-open the discussion of merging with the U Create module.
