Drupal theme based on Nokia Mobile Web Templates - Request for proposals

Forum Nokia (www.forum.nokia.com) is starting a project to incorporate design and look and feel from Nokia Mobile Web Templates (MWT) to a Drupal theme. For information about Nokia Mobile Web Templates, see http://www.forum.nokia.com/Technology_Topics/Web_Technologies/Browsing/W.... The purpose is that web site providers using Drupal should be able to select an MWT based theme as the default style for their site. Web site providers must also have adequate documentation to be able to customize the color scheme of the themes. The customized themes must be compatible with Drupal and provide at least the same functionality as the default themes bundled to Drupal.

In case you are interested in this work, please provide a proposal including your contact information and pricing by Friday 23rd October.

Requirements:
• Open source, with the most flexible license
• Published to an appropriate open source hosting service, e.g. code.google.com
• Appropriate project to Drupal community set up
• Project administration and maintenance transferred to Forum Nokia

Definitions and scope:
• Beta – first published version, with minimal documentation
- Basic functionality with a list of known issues
• X – final delivery, with supporting documentation
- List of known issues
- Project ownership and maintenance migrated to customer
