Hi,

I'm using
identifier.

My pathauto for the Story content type is: story/[title-raw].html

My Custom Breadcrumb setting is:
Title: [title-raw]
Path:
|story/[title-raw].html

The resultant link misses the dot before the html.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

I would guess that you have pathauto configured to remove periods.
Please check the pathauto "punctuation settings" for "period" at admin/build/path/pathauto and set it to "take no action."
