is it possible to add this in the node creation form or in tinymce bar ??

There is TinyMCE support for g2Image which allows you to pick which images you want in your node. Is this what you want? Or are you looking for a button to click to allow an image to be added to Gallery2? (In this case there is the normal "Add Items" link in the Gallery Navigation menu -- if you set it up).

There is nothing available for this that I know of. But how are you expecting it to work? When you "Add Items" in G2 it knows the folder in which you are trying to add the photos. A general page in Drupal will have no idea so will have to pick the top album, and then you'd have to navigate from there. This is very similar to going to the top album, navigating to the album you want, and clicking "Add Items". I do not see where the usability improvement really comes from -- unless we have a select form with all the albums and then pick where you want to add the photo. This is a major feature, not a snippet, I'm afraid.
