Issue Summary
Facebook recently made it possible to create applications on the fly: http://wiki.developers.facebook.com/index.php/Create_Application_API
With this, a user would simply have to configure a facebook application on Drupal, and not bother with the facebook developer application forms. For usability this would be great.
