How do we with admin rights retrieve or find visitors
that post a comment email addresses.
I realize that it should be logged somewhere.
Just not sure how to access it

That information is not available to anyone accept full d.o administrators and even we only use that directly if there is a particularly strong reason to. The way to contact users is to use their contact tab under their account.
