I am using 1 Pixel Out MP3 Player to play mp3 audio on website, but when first file(track 1) is playing, another track can also be played.

I want the playing track should stop playing when another track is selected to play.

Please help, i have no idea how to do this...

While I haven't got a clue on how to do this, there is an alternative. The Soundmanager2 module does this feature you're requesting, you might want to take a look:

http://drupal.org/project/soundmanager2

Different player (can be customized via css btw), but does what you're asking for.
