signup and signup_pay

Hi,
signup and signup_pay modules are working great for me, I've one problem as of now:

If a user doesn't complete Paypal payment upon registration, he/she just signs up and leaves the payment part then there is no option for him to go back and pay later. How can I get a link for such users who have signed up but not paid?
