For some reason, the following help page is readable by anonymous users and indexed by google:

Any way to get rid of this behaviour?

1. Block it with robots.txt
2. Don't allow anonymous users to post
2a. Block the node/comment creation with robots.txt
3. Check out the Better Formats module that lets you hide the tips (this also hides them from regular users)

None of which removes it from Google, but they have their own way to request things to be removed.
