Perhaps I am missing something obvious, but I need to track 45 different pages on one Drupal site. I added the script to my page.tpl.php file, and all clicks on any page are displayed in the overlay, no matter what page I am viewing through the Click Heat report interface. How can I track separate pages and view them easily in the Click Heat report interface?

Added what script? The script is dynamic as it prints out a shortened version of the page its on. Just enable the module and ensure your theme has the footer section.
