My nice_menu on the left side is not opened and also is very ugly to see an surf, why?

Also this site have ugly nice_menu instead all others are ok, ad yet I can't understand why: www.egioiellerie.com .
Or maybe it could depend from taxonomy_menu ?
With ugly, I mean without line splitting vertically a term with another, in them 2 ugly it is totally missing, instead all others are ok, and I'm using exactly the same theme.
