Installed, enabled, set permissions, cleared the cache. "WSRP" shows up under Administer -> Site Configuration only for user/1. Even other administrators can't see it. Using Drupal 6.14.

Forgot to add some permissions to the wsrp_perm hook. Now it is ok..
