As near as I can tell I've done everything correctly however including two "sync requests".

Logging into groups through drupal.org site does not get me into groups. All I get is "Access Denied", or

I have a group "Local Government" that is in bad need of updating and I'm missing a number of commitments I've made because I have no way to access the group.
