How to insert link,image,comment,etc.... into the page

Hello,

I know there r modules for insert link and image into the page (content). like link module of cck.

But actually i want to create one block which have some links i.e add link, add image, add comment for that page.

when i'll open one page that time that block is there and when i clicked on add link that time user can add link in that page. same for image and comment also.

here i dont need to edit page and then i add link or image etc..

please anybuddy tell me how to do this?
