As others have reported already on this page, the Quote filter is not correctly programmed. It produces issues probably because of the peculiar formatting. It works fine for me *as long as the page is not promoted to the frontpage or main node*. When then happens is that it sets up the whole formatting of my theme, so that the left margin is completely gone and the images get shifted and the page looks totally disrupted. I solve this problem in the meantime by not promoting pages where I use the Quote module, to the frontpage.

On the Readme for the module, it's written:
"For best effect, the Quote filter must be applied *after* any filters that replace HTML, and *before* the Linebreak filter. (Filters can be rearranged by using the Weight selectors within the 'rearrange filters' tab.)"

I have done that but with no result to solve the issue.

I have tried to change some of the parameters in the quote.css stylesheet as well, but that does not change anything at all.

Does anybody have a solution here?
