Cannot get pager to appear, I think I may have removed it from somewhere...but where?!

Hi,
Ive heavily modified the nitobe theme, mainly the css only. I have just realised that the pager is no longer visible, and im stuck as to where I should be looking.
I know a little whileback I removed the 'tags/links' that appeared at the bottom of articles... could it be connected?
Can anyone tell me in which file the code for the pager would be, so that I can see if it's still present.
