Greetings- One of the websites we take care of has an installation of WordPress in a subdirectory of the main URL. Is there anyway to have the Drupal xmlsitemap module receive information from WordPress as to what URL's it would like to publish on the sitemap?

Short answer: no. If you are using the 6.x-2.x branch of the module, you can enter custom links by using the "XML sitemap custom" sub-module, but you have to enter/edit/update/delete the custom links manually in the interface.

Your best bet is to use the XML sitemap WordPress plugin for your WP sub-site and submit that sitemap separately.
