Translation:

Two days ago I imported a .po containing translations we did for in-house projects. The server answers that it imported 451 suggestions, but when onhttp://localize.drupal.org/translate/languages/fr/view I search for suggestions made by my user, I find nothing. Is this normal?

Another user reported a similar bug.

@benoitg: the *translate* and *browse* screens allow you to look up *translations* by user, contained substring, etc. Until your suggestions are approved, you will not be able to look them up this way. Currently you can look up individual strings you've submitted translations for and check the suggestion list (via the star icon on the string).

The issue at #563128: Rework the translation UI suggests a probably more clean UI, where the outstanding suggestions and the current translations are displayed more on the same level, and allow you to look them up directly on the same interface.
