In come cases, it seems that that facet counts aren't 100% correct.

Fixed in commit #277918. The modifications made to satisfy #563216: search result weightings weren't properly ported to the portion of the code that counts facets in the result set. This fix reconciles the code so that the facet counts are accurate.
