Secondary Links for Primary children

For I guess a reason that i'm unaware of, the secondary menu has been disabled or doesn't function with the primary links' children. I chose Primary links for both default, primary and secondary, because i was hoping that I could list the children of the primary's children within a box within the node of one of the page.

I'm sorry if my wording is confusing.

e.g. Primary link (Raquet Sports) > Tennis (or) Squash > Training / scheduling / Trainers (< This part within the Tennis page in the secondary links box)
