- New feature: Adding a form to the ticket list to select a specific ticket by ticket_id
- New feature: added search for tickets by order id to the search tab.
- New feature: added customer billing and shipping name to a ticket that is tied to a specific order.
- New feature: added keyword search on ticket body
- New feature: added a page for fetching new emails. Normally this would happen with every cron run.
- Bugfix: ticket followups should be ordered by delta instead of date.
- Bugfix: when an email comes in without a title, the order pane will now have a link to the ticket ('No Title').

If you're upgrading from an earlier beta -> Beta 4, you will need to edit your email accounts and add Port and Flags settings to the account. These were added automatically in the previous release.
- #621746: account type only supports POP3. The imap_open() is able to support IMAP and IMAPS. Input allow them to be specified. by gregeise, ssenator: Adding proper IMAPS and POP3S support
- Added administration option to set collapsed property on followups in ticket view
- Added hook_requirements() implementation
- Expanding on uc_ticket_get_body() to decode a message body if necessary and convert it to UTF8
