There are a number of comments on the D6 to D7 update page, http://drupal.org/update/modules/6/7. Either they were before people could edit this, or from people scared to.

Anyway, they should be examined, updates made if necessary, and deleted.

Hey rfay - I think we normally don't post a "delete comments" issue until the comments have been incorporated and are ready for deletion, because the people with delete comments permissions follow those issues. So let's set the component differently until then...

And by the way, the update modules page is not editable for non-doc-admins, which is why people post comments there. Sigh.
