I can only narrow it down to LightBox2 1.9 stops working after I upgrade 1 of 3 modules:

- Embedded Media Field 6x-1.12 (most likely)
- FileField 6x-3.2
or
- ImageField 6x-3.2

This is a real bummer cause I use Lightbox 2 all over the place, so I'm not updating on my bigger sites till I find a cure.
