Issue Summary
It would be great to have the "Add " option on node View as well, to let non-author users contribute reference nodes.
Example: A `city` node type, with a photo gallery using `city_photo` node-references. Any user with the right to create `city_photo` nodes can then add photos to a city page while viewing the city node.
