I am looking for bids to develop the theme for our new site. It would look a lot like this site:
We would want to change the color scheme/background image and alter the main body look a little.
Here are the project details:
1. Design the themes.
2. Make sure they display correctly in all browsers from IE 5.0 on up. W3C CSS validation required.
3. Integrate portfolio page with functionality similar to this ( I know it is for Joomla but it is pretty close to our needs):

4. Configure a couple of forms.
5. Install theme and review our site for correct configuration and security settings.
This project does not involve construction of the entire website. We just need the items listed above. We will them add the content as required.
