Upgraded yesterday and had to revert back to Jul-5 version of 6.x-2.x-dev. The control panel for the my YUI text editor stopped rendering, was instead spitting out a mess of button labels in text form.

OK, I should change that to "could we please please be less stupid". damn.

@Bernardine: when you updated the Event module your manually-downloaded code in the contrib/datepicker directory of the module got lost, namely two JS files and one CSS... that caused the YUI to break too..

This is slightly annoying for the users as it's very easy to forget the manual downloads..

@developers: could you maybe add some drupal message on module update like "please check the manually downloaded JS files for the contrib modules" or something like that.. would be really great!

Event for Drupal 8 is unrelated to older versions. If an issue similar to this one exists, please open a new issue with the 8.x branch.
