Payment method does not appear correctly among payment options (label missing). Radiobutton is available and can be selected, however on submitting the form an error is logged: "Illegal choice PaymentNetwork in Payment method element."

Can't reproduce that issue, I'm afraid. My environment is Drupal 6.14, Ubercart 2.0 and UC_PNAG the latest dev-version. Can you please retest at your end and report back here to see what's different? Please make sure that if you update any one of those components, that you run the database update scripts and flush your cashe before you go back to checkout.
