I've run into a little problem when deleted CCK types. The nodes don't get deleted.

However, on my front page, I'm filtering (w/ views) exclusively. I'll say, display all nodes that are not "My CCK Type".

When I delete "My CCK Type", Views no longer has the ability to filter exclusively for "My CCK Type", and the nodes appear in the queue. Of course, they are broken and show only titles with PHP errors.

So the feature I'm suggesting here is a "delete all nodes of this content type" option when deleting CCK types, plus a warning about potential problems if this is not done.

There is no such a thing. Content types is a feature of Drupal core itself. Try opening a request to the Drupal core queue.
