theme_abuse_report() missing argument $count

Description
When there's multiple entries in /admin/content/abuse, then all actions (Allow, Remove, ...) will always be targeted at the first entry. This is due to missing argument in theme_abuse_report() definition.

Thanks for letting me know about this. I've patched up the module and should be available in the next dev and supported release.
