On profiles, the attached image defaults to the bottom right of the profile:

on modules it is the top right:

I don't think it's intentional. The only person who really works on d.o css is drumm and he has a "no new css unless it's for the redesigned theme" so - if someone else contributes the css change it might get applied. Otherwise, probably not.
