1) Install and Activate Insert Block module
2) Create a node i.e. page
3) Select input format = full html or other
4) Write title=simplenews and delta=code-number (i.e. look the page source code when block is enable)

At the moment, before more formatting and aggregation of contents, it looks like

Now we want to insert some links to additional contents

I apologize -- I'm not quite sure what it is that you're wanting? I'm not familiar with the SimpleNews module, so I'm not sure what it is that you want the output to look like. Insert_Block is only able to display what a module makes available in its own blocks...

Still not sure what this question entailed. It sounds like something that's beyond the scope of this module, and should be done with some custom HTML, etc in the node itself.
