The "Limit items per facet" setting clashes when multiple modules use it [#612118]

If module A sets this value to 5 and module B sets it to 3, all facet lists in the block realm will collapse to 3 items when the "Show less" link is clicked.

The problem is with variable scope in the javascript file that always takes the value of the heaviest module when it is submitted. Fixed in commit #278408.

This bug won't effect anyone until other contribs such as "Advanced Help Lucene" come out.
